EMBK & Associates was established in the year 2022 by a team of experienced Chartered Accountants and Chartered Bankers with over twenty-three years of professional experience ranging from Assurance, Advisory, Accountancy, Risk Consulting, Internal Auditing, Quality Assurance Review, Banking Consulting and Taxation Services. The firm delivers the services listed and many more with the aim of adding value at a very competitive rate.

Managing Partner
E benezer Baffoe
Ebenezer Baffoe has about twenty-three (23) years professional experience in Assurance, Advisory, Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Quality Assurance Review and Risk Consulting Services. He has worked with reputable organisations and held various positions including, Supervisor of Assurance and Advisory Services Unit, Ernst & Young Ghana, Acting Chief Internal Auditor of GCB Bank Limited, Head, Internal Audit Department of uniBank Ghana Limited, Group Head of Internal Audit, HODA Holdings Limited and Partner, E&M Premium Consults Limited.
He is a professional Accountant and a professional Banker, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA UK), Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA Ghana), Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB Ghana) and Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He also holds Executive Master’s in Business Administration (Finance Option).

Mathew Dordoye is an astute Chartered Accountant with over thirteen years post qualification experience. He has extensive experience in the audit of the Universal Banking, Investment Banking, Microfinance, Insurance, Down Stream Petroleum, Minerals Exploration, Construction, Media and Health sectors.
His key Competencies span in Internal Control Procedures, Process Flow Engineering, Financial Analysis, Performance Management Review, Budgetary Control, Tax Planning and Computation.
He has worked with reputable institutions such as the group office of HODA Holdings Limited, uniCredit Ghana Limited, City Lights Ghana Limited and E&M Premium Consults Limited as a partner.
Mathew Dordoye holds qualified certification from Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAG), a qualified member of Institute of Internal Audit Ghana (IIA), MBA (Accounting) from the University of Ghana Business School, a degree in Accounting from GIMPA, Certificate in Forensic & Investigative Accounting & Auditing from UPSA, Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from GSE, HND in Marketing, a Tally Graduate Certificate from Deloitte Ghana and has participated in a number of local and international workshops in Auditing & Finance.

B enjamin K wame Ofori
Benjamin Kwame Ofori is a product of the University of Ghana Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance respectively. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, (ACIB) Ghana.
Benjamin is an astute Banker and has been an active player in the banking industry for over two decades, with specialization in SME financing, Corporate financing, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management and Risk Management. He has also served on several Committees on Risk Management, Product Development and Relationship Management at Senior Management and the Board Level
